I feel comfortable verbally Blessing someone I am close to, in a place of worship, when someone sneezes or my goodness, when I hold a new baby. It feels appropriate and rarely do I feel embarrassed. But there are other times when I am not comfortable or I think I might make the other person feel awkward. It just may not feel appropriate sending a verbal Blessing. So I trust myself. A nonverbal Blessing is just as powerful as a verbal Blessing, because they both come from our consciousness. I simply extend the Blessing with my intention from my open heart. For the most part I do not know the consequences of my action, but I know I feel better.
Was the last Blessing you sent, spoken or silent?
